A full optical link, consisting of a usource and a detector, connected through a passive optical waveguide.
A 1 -> N passive waveguide clock distribution network, connected to detectors integrated with the waveguides (with N >15), either driven by an integrated msource or by an external, fibre coupled mode-locked laser.
These devices, bonded on top of newest generation CMOS benchmark-wafers
