This workpackage aims at the development of an electrically contacted detector compatible with the proposed optical wiring, having a high conversion efficiency and small footprint
|Demonstration of the coupling to the passive optical layer of electrically connected detectors fabricated with single-step epitaxy.
|Demonstration of the coupling to the passive optical layer, with improved coupling efficiency, of electrically connected detectors.
|Comparison of both detector types in terms of functionality, performance and cost.|
